Near Zero Energy Building with World Class Workspaces

South East Technological University in conjunction with Wejchert Architects, designed a brand new building for their Carlow campus. OBOS was awarded the tender to supply and install the loose furniture for the newly constructed Corporate Support Services Building, in the summer of 2024.

The €26 million, self-funded projectprovides over 5,000 square metres of high-quality, near zero energy building (NZEB) space across four storeys. It includes bright, modern offices for more than 240 staff, a new restaurant and café, incubation space to support the region’s emerging fintech sector, meeting and collaboration rooms.
